How to Automatically Upload files to your FTP Server
If you have lots of important data in your computer, it’s recommended to upload it to a web server as because if your computer or hard disc will get crashed in future, important data will be kept safely.
But instead of manual file transfer you can try some automated process. I can suggest you a software Pulse Automated schedule FTP enables you to upload local files to your FTP server in a daily schedule manner.

It will upload all the files in your “MY Document”(further changeable) directory to server. So just move the files here that you want to upload.
You can easily configure the software due to its simple, easy-to-use interface. First install and run the application. Now put your FTP details in the specified boxes and hit the “Test” button to check whether it reaches to your server or not. After successful login it will show you a message.

Now select the “Backup Configuration” tab, it will ask you for some settings. Create a directory under your FTP root directory and enter its name in the “Remote Path” labeled box. Set the local directory that will contain the files to be backed-up. Set a time in hours when you want to start the backup process. Finally click on “Update” button.

Click on the “Email” tab and enter your mail address to get alert about successful or failure upload.
